Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
1. Who operates the website
This Privacy Policy explains how 2DOLIST USA LLC, a Florida limited liability company, handles personal data in connection with BodyTrainingGuide.com.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may receive:
- information you submit, such as your email address and newsletter source when you subscribe, or information you send by email;
- technical request data ordinarily transmitted online, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security or server logs;
- administrative authentication data for authorized administrators; and
- information a third-party merchant receives when you follow an external link, which is handled under that third party’s policy.
The public contact page currently displays an unconnected form and does not submit its fields. Do not enter sensitive information into website forms.
3. How and why we use data
We may use data to provide and secure the website, respond to messages, process newsletter requests, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain records, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Where required, the legal basis depends on the processing and may include consent, performance of a request, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.
4. Analytics and cookies
The current public frontend does not intentionally load analytics, advertising pixels, or a consent-management platform. It does not set optional public-facing analytics or advertising cookies. Authorized administration uses an essential authentication cookie, and the administration editor uses browser local storage. See the Cookie Policy for details. If optional technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before they are enabled for affected users.
5. Sharing and international processing
We may disclose data to hosting, infrastructure, security, email/newsletter, and professional service providers as needed to operate the service, and to authorities or other parties when required or permitted by law. Because the operator is in the United States and the website is international, data may be processed outside your country. Safeguards required by applicable law will be used where applicable.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, security, disputes, and enforcement. Retention varies by data type and context. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online system is completely secure.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Your rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances. Where applicable, they may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and certain rights concerning targeted advertising or data sharing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
Users in the European Economic Area
Where European data protection law applies to the processing of your personal data, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as applicable.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
The applicability of these rights depends on the circumstances of the processing and applicable law.
8. Children
The website is not directed to children who are not legally able to consent to the relevant processing. Do not submit a child’s personal data without appropriate authority. Contact us if you believe such data was submitted.
9. Third parties and changes
External websites and merchants have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices. We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes and will revise the date above.
10. Contact
To ask a privacy question or exercise an applicable right, email support@2dolist.fr. Please describe your request and jurisdiction; do not email sensitive identification documents unless requested through an appropriate secure method.
